Jean-Christophe Bédard-Rubin, an assistant professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, has been awarded the 2024 Marcel-Guy Award. 

The prize, established to honour Marcel Guy, Professor Emeritus and former Dean of the Faculty of Law at Université de Sherbrooke, recognizes the best paper published in the Revue de droit de l'Université de Sherbrooke (RDUS) by an emerging author.
