Stewart Cup Mooters


The Hamish Stewart Cup, also known as "Baby Callaghan," is a criminal-constitutional moot for first-year students at U of T's Faculty of Law, offering a platform for 1L students to hone their advocacy skills. This year, 32 first-year students competed, coached by 16 second-year students.

Organizers of the Stewart Cup were grateful to welcome 24 lawyers and articling students, including Faculty of Law alumni, who shared their expertise and feedback with the mooters at the contest on March 16.
