The Honourable Justice

Peter Lauwers, LL.B (Toronto) 1978, LL.M (York) 1983, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1980. He practised civil litigation for 28 years, specializing in civil, administrative, and constitutional law. He was appointed to Ontario Superior Court of Justice in 2008, and to the Court of Appeal for Ontario in 2012. He is currently the Chair of the Civil Rules Committee.
