Summer is upon us and we wanted to update you on the construction project.  Permit approvals are making their way through the normal channels of municipal governance. Final moves of some of our staff members and our library collection will be underway this month. The last stage of the move of the Bora Laskin library collection is scheduled for mid-July and the library will close for a few days during this stage. Advance notice will be posted on the library’s blog. All library and IT staff will move to the first floor of the Birge-Carnegie Building at Victoria University at the corner of Charles Street and Queen’s Park, just across the street from the Faculty of Law. Birge-Carnegie will be the new home for the Bora Laskin Law Library as well as the main law student 'hub' during the 2013-15 transition period. In addition, some faculty (visiting and emeritus) and all staff in Flavelle House are scheduled to move later in July to temporary offices at 90 Wellesley St., near the Faculty of Law’s other building at 39 Queen’s Park. Their phone numbers remain the same.
