U of T Law winners at the Zenith Awards
Winners of 2011 Lexpert Zenith Awards associated with the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, L-R: Navneet Johal (PBSC), Sarah Pole (LAWS), Nikki Gershbain (PBSC), Cheryl Milne (Asper Centre), Kim Stanton (PBSC), Krystyna Drywa (PBSC) 

Three programs associated with the University of Toronto Faculty of Law have been awarded 2011 Lexpert Zenith awards, which honour law firms, in-house counsel and law students for their commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility.

In the ProBono Team or Firm Category, the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights and Hunter Litigation Chambers were recognized with a Level 1 award for "A Voice for Children’s Rights in Polygamy Hearing."

In the Innovation Student program / NonLaw Student Innovator category, the LAWS program was recognized with a Level 1 award for it partnership with the Blakes Mentoring Program.

In the legal education category, Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) was recognized with a Level 1 award for its “Tax Court of Canada Project” with Fraser Milner Casgrain, piloted at the University of Toronto chapter of PBSC. Read more about this award on the PBSC website.
