Note: 1 credit (ungraded)

This externship seminar will meet exclusively six times, twice early in the term, twice mid-term, and twice towards the end of the term. This companion seminar will help students with a combination of insights from theory and experience that will illuminate the challenges and opportunities associated with providing legal advice to fledgling, innovative enterprises.

Students enrolled in year-long Innovation and Entrepreneurship externships must participate in the fall seminar.

Evaluation
In order to receive credit, students must attend and participate in the seminar sessions and will be required to submit a 10 page (2500 word) reflection. Time permitting, students will make a brief presentation on their paper topic in class.
