In a commentary in the Ottawa Citizen, Prof. Kent Roach analyzes the threat to the independence of judicial inquiries in a bill recently introduced by the Ontario government, and argues for the importance of maintaining their independence ("Keep public inquiries independent," November 16, 2009).
