Prof. Colleen Flood and Greig Hinds, a research manager in health law and policy at the Faculty of Law, have published an article in the Toronto Star discussing the Ontario Health Services Appeal and Review Board, which hears challenges to decisions about public health insurance coverage made by the general manager of OHIP ("You can appeal long wait times for treatment," July 25, 2005).
