Profs. Flood and Lemmens edit special issue of The Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics on "Global Health and the Law"

Profs. Colleen Flood and Trudo Lemmens are the co-editors of a special issue of The Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics devoted to "Global Health and the Law" (Volume 41, Issue 1: Spring 2013). The issue comprises the paper from the National Health Law Conference held in Toronto in May 2012.  Other contributors include faculty members Rebecca Cook and Mariana Prado; a number of graduates of the CIHR graduate program in health law, ethics and policy at the Faculty of Law, Oscar Cabrera, Sheila Wildeman, Bryan Thomas, and Arthur Wilson; and current doctoral candidate YY Chen.
