I Think, Therefore I Am, is a short documentary film by Forrest Groves, 3L, in which he shares his personal struggles with mental health.
 
“When these things happen, it’s easy to just go quiet. I wanted to humanize the mental health issue. Take control of the narrative," he told his local hometown publication, Collingwood Today.
 
Prior to law school, Groves produced Canadian adventure and lifestyle content, as one of the owners of Collingwood's Blueshift Visuals.
