Darryl Robinson, Acting Director of the law school's International Human Rights Clinic, has written a commentary in the Globe and Mail looking at the ramifications of the recent announcement by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) that he had sufficient evidence to seek summons to appear, or arrest warrants, in the situation in Darfur ("What we've learned from the Darfur investigation," March 12, 2007).
