Sandy Lockhart

Sandy Lockhart is a litigator turned public affairs strategist. He is a Senior Consultant and Associate General Counsel at Navigator Ltd. 

 

After graduating as the silver medalist from the Faculty of Law in 2016, Sandy clerked for Justices Frankel and Tysoe of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. He was called to the Bar in 2017 and worked for a leading Toronto litigation firm. 

 

He has advised on half-billion-dollar insolvency claims, multi-hundred-million-dollar shareholder disputes, class actions, corporate governance disputes, internal investigations, and major professional negligence claims. He has also prepared executives to testify at parliamentary hearings and advised clients on how to prepare for, or respond to, summonses and warrants.
