Fred Fischer

Fred Fischer is a Deputy Director in the Litigation Section of the City of Toronto Legal Services Division.  He joined the City in 2014 from the Department of Justice.  Prior to the Department of Justice, Fred was in private practice.  He is a subject matter expert in police law and governance.  He has 15 years of litigation experience with carriage of complex matters of all kinds, including the representation of the City, municipal boards, city divisions and agencies before all levels of court in Ontario and a number of administrative tribunals.
