Andrea Gonsalves

Andrea Gonsalves, LL.B. (Western) 2005, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2006. She joined Stockwoods LLP in 2007 after clerking at the Ontario Court of Appeal and for Justice LeBel of the Supreme Court of Canada. In her civil litigation and administrative law practice, Andrea argues before a variety of regulatory agencies and tribunals. She has acted for clients in court proceedings involving a wide range of administrative action, including professional discipline, Canadian Judicial Council matters, criminal conviction reviews and pesticide regulation. She also advises adjudicative tribunals as independent legal counsel. Andrea has taught administrative law at Osgoode Hall Law School since 2012 and for several years in Osgoode Professional Development’s LLM program. Contact: andreag@stockwoods.ca
