Aaron Kreaden

Aaron Kreaden, J.D. (U of T) 2010, M. Sc. (LSE) 2007, B.A. (McGill) 2006, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2011. He is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group at Stikeman Elliott LLP, with extensive experience in corporate commercial litigation, complex negligence, directors’ and officers’ liability, class actions, and product liability. Aaron has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, courts across Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also published multiple legal articles, including an extensive piece on the liability of public company auditors, appearing in the Banking & Finance Review, April 2019.
