Asper Centre Constitutional Roundtable with Professor David Vitale

The Asper Centre is pleased to present a Consitutional Roundtable with Professor David Vitale (University of Warwick School of Law) on his recently published monograph (2024) with CUP (in the Cambridge Studies in Constitutional Law series) titled Trust, Courts and Social Rights: A Trust-Based Framework for Social Rights Enforcement in which he proposes an innovative legal framework for judicially enforcing social rights that is rooted in public trust in government.
