Join the Future of Law Lab for an immersive journey into the dynamic world of legal strategy and business decision-making. This unique workshop, centered around guiding a company through the decision of how to value the business and determine whether to sell, offers students an invaluable opportunity to step into the shoes of seasoned lawyers, strategists, and entrepreneurs.

During the event, participants will delve into this real-world legal challenge, one that has posed intricate dilemmas for businesses in the past. You'll have the opportunity to balance legal alternatives, business risk, public relations, sales expectations, and more as you act as the lead advisor on the company's business dealings. As you navigate through the case, you'll gain a deep understanding of how businesses operate, the complexities of mergers and acquisitions, and the multifaceted role lawyers play in ensuring success.

You do not need any pre-existing knowledge of businesses or M&A in order to participate. Everyone is welcome, and we will teach you everything you need to know as we go. This is a low stakes morning of intellectual exploration, practical skills development, and fun.

Best of all, we will also provide breakfast refreshments (pastries and fruit), coffee, tea, and juices.

Space is limited, so register soon to secure your spot.
