Adjunct Professor

Samuel Greene, B.A. (Toronto) 2013, J.D. (Toronto) 2016. After graduating as gold medalist from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, Mr. Greene served as a law clerk at the Court of Appeal for Ontario and to Justice Rosalie Abella at the Supreme Court of Canada. He then worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York City, litigating complex civil, environmental, regulatory and white collar criminal matters. He is currently Crown Counsel at the Crown Law Office – Criminal of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, representing the Crown in criminal appeals at the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada, and advising on specialized trial prosecution and search and seizure matters. Contactsam.greene@utoronto.ca
