Ruth Promislow

Ruth Promislow has extensive experience with data protection, privacy and cybersecurity matters including regulatory compliance, cyber preparedness, breach response and related litigation.

Ruth works with clients to assess their risks and vulnerabilities, and their legal obligations regarding collection, use and storage of personal or confidential information. Ruth assists clients in developing comprehensive policies, guidelines and procedures to minimize exposure from potential attacks, and to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. Ruth also works with clients to develop and implement effective incident response plans enabling clients to respond quickly to a data incident without creating further liability from incident mismanagement.
