Rachel Chan

Rachel Chan, B.A.H. (Queen’s University) 2016, J.D. (University of Toronto) 2019, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2020. She is a litigator at McCarthy Tétrault LLP. Rachel clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for Justice Moldaver. She also clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario for Chief Justice George R. Strathy and Justices David M. Paciocco, Julie A.
