M. Paul MichellB.A. (McGill) 1990, LL.B. (Toronto) 1994, B.C.L. (Oxford) 1995, Ontario Bar 1997, is a partner at Lax O’Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial arbitration and litigation, appeals and judicial review in the Ontario and Federal courts, the Supreme Court of Canada, and before administrative and arbitral tribunals. He was law clerk to Justice Charles Gonthier, Supreme Court of Canada.
