Adjunct Professor

John Terry, LL.B. (Toronto); LL.M. (Harvard) is a former clerk of Mr. Justice Peter Cory. He is a partner at Torys LLP and has one of Canada’s leading international law practices.  John frequently acts as counsel on international commercial arbitrations, investment arbitrations, and domestic proceedings, such as set-aside applications, involving international arbitrations.  He also regularly acts as counsel in a range of public law matters, and advises on public and international trade issues. He has taught, as an adjunct professor, Public International Law and International Commercial and Investor-State Arbitration at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Contact:  jterry@torys.com
