John Emanoilidis

John Emanoilidis is a Partner in Torys' Corporate Department.  John practices corporate/commercial and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. He also provides ongoing corporate and securities law advice to a number of clients. John has experience in domestic and international debt and equity financings (both public and private), acquisitions and divestitures of businesses of various sizes (both negotiated and unsolicited), contested shareholders' meetings and shareholder arrangements.
