Jennifer Trehearne

Jennifer A.Y. Trehearne, B.A. (McGill) 2000, LL.B. (Osgoode) 2003.  Jennifer practiced as criminal defence counsel for over a decade, more recently joining the Crown Law Office – Criminal.  She has appeared in all levels of court and has argued both trials and appeals from both sides of the courtroom.  Jennifer is the co-author of a book on section 11(b) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and regularly presents at continuing legal education events.  Contact: jennifer.trehearne@utoronto.ca
