Adjunct Professor

Jason Stitt, BSM (Brock) 2011, J.D. (Windsor) 2015, is a negotiation expert having delivered Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution training to thousands of participants across Canada, and internationally. Jason also works as a mediator facilitating negotiations between parties in a wide variety of industries and contexts. Jason has provided training to various companies and organizations over the years including all levels of government, banks, law firms, and the military. Jason has additionally used negotiation skills on behalf of a number of National Hockey League teams and the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball team with salary arbitrations and negotiations with players. Jason has a great interest in negotiation and all of the different ways in which the skills can be applied, both within the legal industry and outside the legal industry. Jason is a member of MENSA.
