Adjunct Moot Advisor
Holly is an associate in McCarthy Tétrault's Litigation Group. She maintains a general litigation practice. Holly has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
 
Holly graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law with Honours and received the Michael J. Moldaver Prize for highest standing in third year. Holly was a senior editor of the Faculty’s Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Committee, and a student coordinator at Pro Bono Ontario. She mooted in the Gale Cup and the Faculty’s Grand Moot. After articling with McCarthy Tétrault, Holly clerked for Associate Chief Justice Fairburn and Justices Gillese, Hoy, and Huscroft of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Holly also holds a MPhil with Distinction in International Relations and Politics from the University of Cambridge and a BAH with Distinction in Political Studies from Queen’s University.
 
Holly was called to the bar in 2020. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and The Advocates’ Society.
