The challenges, the changes—and what still keeps us up at night.

Please join us for a distinguished panel discussion led by Associate Dean, Professor Brenda Cossman (LLB 1986), Goodman-Schipper Chair and author of The New Sex Wars: Sexual Harm in the #MeToo Era.

This event will feature some of the most extraordinary women in law, including:

  • The Hon. Rosalie Silberman Abella (LLB 1970, Hon. LLD 1990)
  • Dean Emerita Mayo Moran (SJD 1999), The Irving and Rosalie Abella Chair in Justice & Equality
  • Amma Anaman (JD/MBA 2012), Senior Executive, New York City
  • Atrisha Lewis (JD 2012), Partner, McCarthy Tétrault

This 75th anniversary event promises to be one of our most compelling panel discussions of the year! Topics include equality and workplace challenges to reproductive rights and the rise of authoritarianism.

Dean and University Professor Jutta Brunnée, in association with the Women & the Law student group, invite all attendees to a reception of sparkling sips and delicious nibbles starting at 5:00 p.m., preceding the panel discussion at 6:00 p.m.
